We first developed our dairy costings service in 1997, following an idea for monitoring feed efficiency using the Milk Map. Now, over 25 years later we have nearly 2,000 herds regularly entering and benchmarking their data. We also have an innovative FREE App which allows quick data entry, reporting options and herd calculators. Further developments in progress will support even easier data entry and add greater value. You will have the option to permission links to your other recording systems, to allow automatic population of input data and enable further analysis.
Producers will always need to closely monitor their costs of production to assess the impact of stubbornly high input costs, with accurate budgets being essential for planning cash flow and strategic forward thinking.
